We've worked with a few folks from Trinity, first to repair our chimney & replace our fireplace, and then each year since for annual inspections. They are always informative, respectful, and efficient with their service! We highly recommend them.

Trinity did an incredible job with my electric fireplace install. They internalized the electric cord so it could be hidden within the unit and routed through the floor to the electrical panel. The unit does not have a way to secure it to the floor but they devised a way to bolt it down for safety. They even kindly switched the unit's display from Celsius to Fahrenheit (talking to the company for me to understand how). I was deeply impressed with their work.

My gas fireplace kept turning off. Did my usual YouTube research then took it apart, cleaned, and reassembled. Worked for a bit, then called Trinity. Jeremy is fantastic. Checked it out, cleaned it much better than me, checked the exterior gas flow, and tightened some electrical contacts. And now it works fine. Call them if you have issues. Their prices are reasonable with great service.
