Trilogy was amazing for the first few months, but the hilarity of service has gone down hill. Noticed algae growing, had 2 other companies come out, and realized that they had just been flooding my pool with chlorine. My levels are triple what they should be, and it’s caused me to have to drain and refill my pool for a second time in 3 months.
