Josh did a terrible job and I do not want him back on my property. The side panel on new my unit has a inch and a half gap in it. I was initially told that was as good as it gets , when I inquired about it. Josh was on the phone with his wife the entire time he was here and avoided eye contact. He only spoke when I asked why did he have and attitude? After walking back to replace the part which took 3 + to come in, he informed me it was for a air conditioning unit not a whole house generato

He contacted us when he estimated he was 17 minutes away. I walked out to throw something away and his van pulled up. He introduced himself and had me sign his Pad. In less than 30 minutes he rang the doorbell and announced he was finished. He stated the monitoring is up and running.

He did good, but my problem is still not resolved. I talked to someone there and they were supposed to call me back after they submitted a ticket to IT support. That happened on the same day that Josh came out to my home. Still unable to connect my phone app to my GENERAC or Generator. Please keep me posted. I need to know if it is being monitored.

Josh was not equipped to address the total gas leak issue. There continues to be a gas leak coming from the lawn that needs to be addressed. We are told our lawn will need to be dug up a second time, after re-seeded from the initial install

Brice and the guys were wonderful to work with. There was a total of 4 installers and each were very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the time we spent together. The work was done to a high standard of excellence. They explained everything very well. The install was done as if they were doing it at their home. I could not be happier.

Tech provided requested maintenance was very professional and called ahead service window was 8:00 to 4:00.
