Tim and the other two techs that performed the install did an excellent job installing my whole house generator. He explained everything I need to know about the system and what to expect. They did a great job keeping the site as clean as could be expected when trenching for the gas line. The electrical work looks very professional. I highly recommend Tri-State for any installation and services needed.

Cory and Anthony were amazing!! Cory contacted me right after I chose what I needed from Home Depot and walked me through options. He then guided me through what would be the best warranty for me and my family. I had no previous experience with this product and I felt like he shot me straight from the beginning, which I greatly appreciated! Anthony came out for the install and was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

We were very happy with the guys that put our generator in our Generac generator did a great job. Very respectful knew what they were doing. Highly recommend him.
