Very disappointing. Got a call from the owner saying he was going to cancel my service because I did not pay and I owed 3 months. I assurred him I paid tthe bill. I looked all the payments up with my bank and I was correct. Tri City made an accounting error. I gave the owner all the information. A month goes by and no response. I get my latest bill and it still said that I owed for 3 months. I called and asked the owner about it and he said oh yea we got the payments. They did not empty my can 3

maybe we got a random persons tri city dumpster then by mistake, but we have had it for a month now, no one picks it up.. if your the owner and you don't know your own rates it's pretty bad. Hope you get your business fixed.
