We had a blocked drain in the balcony area after heavy rain, water just wouldn’t go down. The technician arrived in the afternoon and used a pressure tool to clear debris and leaves stuck inside. It took some effort but eventually worked. He also suggested a simple mesh cover to avoid repeat blockage. Good practical advice, not just quick fix work.
