Tino, of TotalTech Arizona, was punctual, discovered the source of the leak in the bathroom, and repaired it. He explained the problems with our toilet and what was required to repair it. He needed to buy a part he didn't have on his truck. My husband appreciated his thoroughness and transparency. He felt like he could trust Tino and was very happy with the repair.
