Jr has always shown up on time and gives me a heads-up about 15 mins before he gets here, he knows we have dogs and this gives me time to shut the shades so they don't see him and freak out! Very good company, and Jr has answers my questions with confidence and solutions in a few cases. Good guy working for a good company so I can't ask for more than that.

Update: We switched! They were a little more expensive than our old provider, but to me, it's worth it. We will actually get the FULL service we had been paying for but not receiving with our previous septic company. EXCELLENT service! We needed our system pumped.
