Contracted Yohn and his crew to build a deck and custom roofing. Their bid was not the lowest, but they were very persistent on getting my business. I had all the details written in the contract to make sure there are no confusions later. Also added 3 years of workmanship guarantee. The deck was built fine, but they really messed up the roofing.
