We got our quote for a metal fence quickly from Total Home. There was a little delay for it to be installed due to materials, but they were able to get it in before our new dog arrived. They also were good about redoing a section of fence that needed to be shifted. We especially appreciate the recent visit to adjust the gate latch. Our technician went above and beyond to resolve a reoccurring issue.

Very disappointed with their estimate process. I called 10 days ago and today (May 27, 2026) was the first day they could schedule an estimate appointment. I booked for 9:00 am May 27th. Received a voicemail on May 26th stating that if I didn’t confirm the appointment by 6pm that day they would cancel my 9:00 am appointment the next morning. I was traveling all day and didn’t receive the voicemail until after 6pm. I did receive a text at 8:30 pm and confirmed the next morning appointment as
