I was happy with the tune up service that Matt and Sebastian came out to do for me today. No high pressure, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and pleasant. So much so that I will be seeing them again in the fall for regular maintenance now. They showed me before & after pictures of the cleaning and also explained things that I did not know about my unit.
