Reached out to receive rates on pressure washing my driveway, garage and back porch. Was told the stains would not come out of the garage so I chose to move forward with just the driveway and back porch. They were unable to get the stains out of both areas and when I asked if they could offer a discount. The owner was extremely rude. They lowered the price $20 and aggressively said if I don’t pay they will file a lien. I was always planning on paying, I just thought it was a valid question regar

The nicest young man came as scheduled to wash our windows. After he left, we were very aware that streaks were visible. We called Prowash and this same nice young man returned the same day to rinse and squeegee the windows again. He agreed the windows needed a new rinse. It was a pleasant experience and we will definitely use this company again.
