just had the crew come rip out our gross old flooring and put in new hardwood. honestly looks sick now. they kept things pretty tidy too which was nice. would call them again no question

Been dealing with these annoying squeaky floorboards for months and finally had Topline Builders and Renovation come by. The guy went through all the planks, lifted the loose ones, nailed them down better, and sanded the edges. Took about an hour or so. Honestly didn’t realize this was something that needed fixing but now the floor is way quieter and feels solid. Wish I’d known about this sooner. Definitely calling them again if anything else pops up.

After two other companies couldn’t fix the roof, these guys came over on the weekend. Some shingles were curling and worn out, but they swapped out the bad ones and sealed it up. Didn’t take long at all. Glad it’s all sorted before the rain so I could get back to work without stressing about leaks.
