Brian did our one year inspection for our new build and was incredibly detailed and provided so much information. He did his homework and compared the first inspection to his findings today to ensure nothing was missed. He also was extremely personable and respectful. He made an experience that is typically boring and time consuming actually enjoyable. Highly recommend Brian!!!
