The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I called last week due to the fact they are coming and spraying but only spraying partially, leaving multiple weeds still on my property. I am having pine straw put down this weekend and have been calling since last week to get a manager or a resolution BEFORE I lay the pine straw, they had me schedule yesterday no call no show- no accountability. Multiple calls, still no resolution.

Harry Jackson is my technician, and he just showed up for my 3rd treatment. Incredibly pleasant guy, always shows up with a smile, and does a great job on the lawn!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give this company a ZERO star rating if it was an option. I have had this company for months now. My lawn looks horrible. No improvement whatsoever. They neglect the backyard if I am not home. They spend on average about 5 minutes in the property. They lie about servicing the yard. I have cameras around the house, and I can see that they didn’t. I just saw in their reviews that other people have had the same issue. IT IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT.
