Cody did a great job with our inspection! His inspection process and report was very thorough. He also took the time to explain the report to us in person in detail as we were walking through the house. He made it clear and easy to understand what he recommended we take to the sellers as objections and what we could easily fix ourselves. We really appreciated this attention to detail as first time home buyers and being new to the process.
