After contacting Top Tier Trees a certified arborist, Thomas Joliff, came out and listened to what I wanted which was to cut a tree down and to trim several other trees. Also discussed a care package for shrubs in my front yard. He gave me a great price. He told me what to expect as far as a time line for work to be done. Crew arrived with Eduardo as the crew leader. Such a nice young man. In fact all the guys were awesome. They worked from the time they arrived until they finished the job work
