Shows up at the door and harasses my wife claiming to be here to inspect our existing solar for the power company and demanding to come in. Forceful and deceitful tactics. Don’t use these people

They came to install my battery. was told they would install it and have it run for 30-60 days to insure it was working properly before the charges began. It’s been about 3 months my battery is still not working and I’ve be notified I have 2 months of payments that I have to make. I get contacted for money but can’t get any answers asking for a working system. I text the project manager and I call the company and can’t get any answers on what’s going on. Predatory solar company that puts a stain on the industry. Claims to be the manufacturers of the solar panels and inverters on my home via cold call and offered to schedule a meeting with a technician for system audit and within warranty. Here's the thing: I installed the system myself before this business even existed. No other company was involved. No idea how they got my number. No thanks, "lakesha".

We purchased a solar battery from Top Tier Solar in March. We were promised the service contract we had on our solar panels would be cancelled. We were told the owner approved the cancellation. They took our monthly fee out again in April and are now refusing to follow through with what was promised. They were very quick to take our money for the battery though. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Find a different solar company, one that will stand behind their promises.

Run far far away from this company! Another solar company trying to screw individuals. You cannot see the contract until after you put your banking information into the computer. Deceptive practices. Salesmen was a nice young man but couldn't answer basic questions. I just wanted to see what the contract had to say. Cost breakdowns, intrest rates. Nope.

A scammer called me, and came out to inspect my solar panels. She said she was with top tier. ‘Alexa’. If she was, stay away! High pressure sales, incorrect information. ‘Inspector yelled at me for not buying his product. Unmarked car, no ID. Overly saccharin sweet and accommodating until I directly challenged their advice. Going to report to BBB. Scam alert.
