While it’s difficult to have every job come out 100% correct. The way to judge a company is how they handle issues that arise. We had a project performed by Top Shop Stone thru a local retailer. The job, the material and the installation were all top shelf. We discovered an issue a couple months later, regarding fabrication. Thru our retailer, I contacted the owner “Jay”. Originally, I was concerned my delay would be a convenient excuse not to rectify our complaint. Jay stepped up, he gave
