My apartment complex hired this company to trim trees around the property. This company decided to cut tree branches over parked cars and actually cracked a window. They did not block off the area or anything to prevent damages. When James the manager contacted me, he refused to provide insurance information or anything. All we wanted is the window to be replaced and even advised they can pay the glass company directly.

Just came out to my car blocked in by one of yalls trucks and your crew trimming a tree at 3225 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert Avana Gilbert apartments. They where letting branches and leaves fall onto my vehicle, and I just paid to get it washed yesterday. Also what was a chip is suddenly a crack across my windshield. My guess from one of the branches / debri. Wasnt like that this morning. Thanks for that.
