One of my kitchen lights had gone out, and I needed a chandelier hung in my dining room. He quickly diagnosed the problem in the kitchen. He told me he would buy the part needed to fix it. He then says he had to meet the inspector at another site he was working on, and he would return to make the repairs. He never returned. He left the kit
