Sam was prompt in responding, efficient and professional. The pricing from Top Notch is fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or sewer work. We had to put in a sewer liner and his equipment was modern and state of art in doing this job. His competition was almost double in their pricing, made the job seem much more complex to justify their cost. So definitely give him a call.
