He quickly diagnosed the problem to the door itself, and was able to replace some inexpensive parts and make adjustments to get the door working smoothly again. Heard a crack at 8am at 8:15 realized the garage door would not open as the carriage spring had snapped. Called Top Notch at 9:00 am after reading their reviews.
