I used this company for 2 months. Consistently frustrating experience. 1) I signed up online and the wording was unclear. My first bill was over $600 because they started brushes and shrubs - and without direction whatsoever- just kept working on the yard until they got bored I guess. Strongly suggest talking to someone and providing ground rules (eg maximum of 2 hours of work) to eliminate surprise charges. 2) They will not give a window on a day of when they will show up. Just the entire day.
