Yesterday We had a concrete company that was supposed to pour our concrete at 11:00. The company we hired to do our concrete call numerous times to see where the concrete was and got the run around for half of the day. NO INTEGRITY... a concrete truck from Top Cat damaged our vehicle on I-70. The truck spewed concrete onto the interstate and a baseball size piece did $1,500 damage to our vehicle. We are not from the area so we noted the time, the date, the location and the logo on the truck. We contacted the company, they turned it into their insurance but amazingly their GPS showed no concrete truck in that area, so basically calling us liars. I have called 3 times and sales guy says "call day of and we'll see if we can deliver". I cant call day of and have a crew of workers waiting to see if you can deliver. There has to be a set date. Sales guy has no salesman energy. Not helpful or pleasant, gives no alternative paths to get something scheduled, terrible. Passing on working with Top Cat because of sales guy unhelpfulness.
