Called Tommy to get a quick lock repair for one of our exit doors …. I am impressed with the quick response to my call, going the extra mile to come out to the Club, Diagnose and Reengineer the lock. He didn’t sell me what I didn’t need and his repair worked and saved me money!!! Friendly and Personable.

Tommy locksmith unfortunately couldn’t help me out due to Mercedes locking software but they still reached back out and left a message on where and how I could fix the issue. Very professional place!
