A couple weeks ago, I placed an order and paid 50% down for some windows. Today they were supposed to be ready for pick up, and suddenly the sales rep has stopped responding to my texts and is forwarding my calls to voicemail. No one answers their office phone and you can't leave a message. Then today they charged my credit card the other 50%. I can't believe this is how these guys are doing business. Did I get scammed??
