I have tried and tried to work with this guy, and am writing this review out of desperation. The 1st time I was going to work with him, I prefer paid him and he didn't do the job, was very hard to contact afterwards though at least gave me a full refund. He reached out to me after I tried to reach out to him weeks ago, and said he could finally do the job. EDIT: One year later, I had a large tree fall over into another tree in my yard after a big storm. I of course called Titan. Charles and his crew did the dangerous work of making my yard safe again, and helped me work with my insurance company when the job ended up being bigger than we expected. If you're like me and you'd rather work with a person than with some franchise, call Charles. He is going to do the job right, and he's going to work with you when the unexpected happens. _____________
