The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unresponsive. Full of excuses. Smoke and mirror tactics. I have asked repeatedly when we will have access to the system that was installed. I keep getting the run around that they have paperwork to complete. They promise someone will call and I have heard nothing. Never came to check to make sure my equipment was still operating correctly and because of this my business was broken into . When they did come theu found a motion and window sensor was not working properly . I suggested they should do at least an annual check on all equipment for customers to be sure it is still operating as it should.
