This is the second time that we have used Titan for installation and service. Nick was our sales rep and Sal was our technician for both projects (business was done just over a year ago and home was just recently). Communication from all parties was consistent and effective, installation was top notch,and both projects are up and running. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unresponsive. Full of excuses. Smoke and mirror tactics. I have asked repeatedly when we will have access to the system that was installed. I keep getting the run around that they have paperwork to complete. They promise someone will call and I have heard nothing. Ryan did a fantastic job quoting our project. He explained everything in layman’s terms, and suggested upgrades to some of the equipment that actually saved us money!
