Sent a text on Friday night with no expectation I would receive an answer until Monday (since it was the weekend.) Sabrina responded so quickly, within minutes, and gave me the exact answer as to what I needed to do to fix the smoke alarm. It had malfunctioned due to improper installation of batteries. I don't give reviews often, and I don't know if I've ever given a 1 star review, if there were 0 stars to give I would have done that for this company! Check their yelp reviews (2.8 stars) for a more accurate picture. Horrible customer service, literally let my cameras go blank for 3 months without telling me, then told me it was my fault.
