Richard was fantastic, I scheduled while on the mainland, landed, got my vehicle, and within 20 minutes he called and gave detailed instructions regarding our appointment.. He gave a free parking pass while the service was being completed, and was so pleasant, he was the first face I saw getting to the island.. I hadn’t even signed into my unit yet! He went out of his way and accommodated me in his office/home/waiting room and offered me drinks, a comfy couch, and made sure I felt welcomed.. Aft
