At the end of an appointment for an investigation on an intoxalock, Chris was very suspicious taking the phone call to the company away from the lobby where I could not hear the conversation taking place. As I was heading out of the establishment after thanking Chris for his time he loudly belched without an apology and proceeded to tell me not to drink and drive. That comment was very outlandish as Chris knows nothing about my situation.
