They came recommended by Duke Energy as they were part of the energy savings rebate program. Great scheduling the initial call, the installion crew was good though for a 2000 sq ft house they did it quicker than I thought would be possible. Then about a year later I went up to the attic and discovered that there were areas that were not covered with cellulose and they never installed the paper rulers to see how much to install! I called and complained and they sent a crew to do it right. 2 Stars
