We had blinds installed throughout our home with honeycomb shades in the primary bedroom in mid 2021. The blinds are great when they are working. The Timan’s staff are nice people, but I didn’t pay for nice people - I paid for what I thought were high performance window treatments. We’ve had to have multiple repair visits since installation - each costing $185 unless I take the shade down and bring it in myself.
