I've used Tim Whistler twice now and I can say that the service technicians are great/helpful/friendly. My one frustration from my recent service would be to say that when a "repair" is incredibly simple like getting a hose off a spigot in a matter of seconds (that I was afraid I would break and thought we'd have to replace it to make it useable again) that it would be nice not to have to be charged to FULL hourly rate of over $300. We had a leak in the water valve to two toilets to our condo. Tim Whistler Plumbing came out to give us an estimate: $49 for the tech to come out, $145 for the diagnosis.
