Saved my life! I had guests coming over and has serious plumbing in a bathroom. Shawn came over in very short notice and fixed it! Thanks
Tim Whistler managed to fail at every stage: admin, scheduling, the actual work, and the follow-up.
I had to give my name, address and full project details every single time I called — even to schedule a job from a quote their own tech had written me. The appointment was supposed to be first thing in the morning; the plumber showed up 7 hours late despite me repeating the timing need three times. I had to delay other contractors.
The work they did left a new leak that wasn't there before. Othe
Surprised at the high reviews. I picked them because of strong recommendations, to add a gas split for my grill and fire table (the gas hookup already was set up). I specifically said I hired them instead of DIY because I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and per code. But their work didn’t pass inspection. Since two technicians were there I figured I may as well have t

A few months later I had them come to check/replace the sump pump. The men who have come to my home have been great- patient, efficient. I’ve now had two separate experiences with Tim Whistler’s and I can’t recommend them enough.
Shawn was able to quickly resolve our issue! Fast, on time and professional.
We had a leak in the water valve to two toilets to our condo. Tim Whistler Plumbing came out to give us an estimate: $49 for the tech to come out, $145 for the diagnosis. So, $194 just to come out and not do any work.
Told us we need to replace the two valves which requires coordination with the condo management. No other work was mentioned. I received an email estimate for $2,032 to replace the 2 valves AND install two new wax seals in the toilets (something not discussed by the plumber o
