My 90 year-old dad had a leak in the yard where it was completely saturated with water. SAWS said that they couldn’t send someone out until Friday. Another company that we called said they couldn’t come out till Friday as well. I called today at around 12 noon. I had a water leak that was difficult to locate. Before I called Tietze, two plumbers looked for the leak but did not find it. Another plumber made an appointment but did not show up. I called Tietze and they sent Cody out. Without charge he looked around and found the leak in my front yard, and gave me a repair estimate for a fair price.
