When the part arrived at our house, Luis came immediately and installed it to get us up and running. Their work comes with a 1-year warranty, and it includes monitoring. We have solar power installed however our original vendor went out of business. We had service issues and Tiedsolar responded promptly and evaluated what we needed and acted professionally.
