We hired Three Timbers to complete the landscaping for our new build home in November 2024. By spring 2025, over half of the plants they installed did not survive the winter and never came back. When I reached out, I was told they do not offer any type of plant guarantee, although they said they would come take a look to see what could be done. After the visit, we were sent a new quote offering replacement plants at half price — but with full-price labor charges. We continue to receive automate
