Bug & insect extermination

He looked at 3 different issues within our home and property. He dealt with the 2 recurring issues, and for the 3rd new one he said he would get back to us to set up another day for treatment. He was pleasant, polite, and I appreciate that he put shoe coverings on before entering the house without being asked.
