I have used Thompson Creek at two different houses (2023 and 2026) and both times the windows have been excellent. The installation process was pretty good. They cleaned up well and were respectful of my property. Highly recommend. They aren’t the cheapest windows you can find, but I do think the quality is really good for the price.

Still waiting for the installation of my window after 4 months. They made sure to take my money tho.

This was a long drawn out process. The installation started around 4/21/25.  First thing - the sales person was not honest about the window installation. Stated several times that the windows will only be 5/8 inch thicker than the originally installed windows. I was concerned about this because we had just bought new blinds to the tune of $80.00 per window (10 windows) about 5 months earlier. He re-assured us everything would be fine.
