I am not happy with Thomas Appliance Repair. I do not recommend them! They told me it would only be $89 for them to come out and tell me what’s wrong with my washing machine. Well after they did there inspection and told me what was wrong with it, they charged me $289!! This was just for them to tell me what was wrong with it!! No work done it to fix it. Our Fridge was not cooling properly, and the home warranty folks wanted to have us wait 2 weeks to have someone look at it, let alone to repair it. Thomas Home Services had someone scheduled to see it in 3 days. Minor issue with the thermostat and Kelly H. is knowledgeable and reliable.
