Tim did an excellent job on my front porch and exceeded my expectations -as you can see from the before and after photos. My porch floor was in bad shape and needed a subfloor under the decking- I decided to add new rails also. Tim is very knowledgeable on construction projects, was flexible and worked within my budget. I’m extremely happy with the end result and the added curb appeal. I’ve worked with contractors in the past who were difficult to reach or slow to respond, but Tim stayed on top

We hired THI for a roof repair and highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. The estimate was fair and reasonable and the work was high quality. Our contractor was able to quickly detect the root cause of our roof leak. In the middle of the repair, we had a surprise rain storm and he quickly sealed the opening which held for several days of rain. Then he promptly returned to complete the repair which worked like a charm.
