Jacob was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our fan motor stopped working on our central air conditioning system after only 2 and 1/2 years. We opted to install a new fan motor in our 10-year-old system rather than replacing the whole system. Fortunately they had the part in stock and were able to have it installed within one day. We have dealt with Thermatrol for over 50 years.
