Tripled the quote I was originally given and only found out via emailed invoice after the job was done.  Tom told me his son who quoted me "knows nothing about electrical" and that "I got a deal". Lied about original quote (of which I have text message proof).  Told me how “not fun” the job he did for me was. Edited in response to owners response.
