After we bought fireplace we got it home and opened the box that they assured us was not dented. We'll it had a dent right in the front. Called them and the guys there said once it is out the door that we had to go to the dealer. That it wad now our problem. I was stunned. We got things finally resolved. With help from dealer rep and our contractor.

They admitted the failure was caused by an old crimping tool they had to replace due to multiple failures and still would not warranty because of time. This new hose sat in my toolbox from the day they made it until the day before my first camping trip and it leaked the entire bottle of propane before we finished the 2.5
