Called Gordon to ask if he could help install a hybrid water heater I purchased at Lowes the day before. He immediately interrupted me and asked what I wanted him to do. He didn't seem to understand that fact that I already purchased a water heater, and just needed to pay someone to install it. Gordon then asked what kind of heater, and I told him. Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away. Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc. Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!
