We were happy overall with our experience. The carpet we chose is great and the warranty is excellent. The installation team was polite, fast, and cleaned up well. The carpet looks great. I would just say to do some shopping before going because there is a bit of a hard sell going on. Come to the store knowing your exact budget and room measurements. Do not let the staff rush you into an immediate purchase. This was the third place we had visited so we knew the price and product we wanted. W
