I am editing and changing my review for this company. Initially they were very attentive. Although like the other newer reviews, lately I think their management changed or something. Their customer service is awful. Everything goes to a VM and then they never even honor their service appointments. They said they will come by today, I stayed home from work waiting on them and they were a no show! I am going to find an alternative company for my RO system as in the past 2 years they never follow
