Armando, our tech, was wonderful! He is totally responsible for this 5 star rating. There was a problem with the assembly of our order, and we were not notified about the delay until I called the Calfornia office. However Armando's cheerfulness and detailed explanation of using our new screens more than made up for the slight delay. The screens look great and are very well made.
